Hanging with Mrs. Delaware at the Jersey Shore

One of the best things about participating in the Mrs. America Pageant is the friendships I formed. Here I am, with my daughter Milan, hanging out with my good friend Shana, Mrs. Delaware 2011. We enjoyed fried Oreos and other boardwalk goodies at the Jersey Shore. Nothing beats great weather and great food with a great friend.

Queens Supporting Queens!

Mrs. NJ America and Mrs. NJ International was both in the house as we supported all the ladies vying to be the next Mrs. NJ United States. The pageant, which was held at Monmouth University, had a Runway theme in honor of Mrs. NJ US 2010's featured presence at last fall's NJ Fashion Week. Congrats to runners-up Dawn, Shanna and Andrea for a job well done! To the new Mrs. NJ United States, Catherine, I wish you the very best at Nationals!

Funktion Dance Studio

I spent a lovely Sat. afternoon witnessing some of New Jersey's most talented young dancers at the Funktion Dance Studio located in Mercer County NJ. If you want to learn to dance like the star that you are, visit my friend Christina Mrs. NJ America 2006 at Funktion!

NJ National Teenager

I had the pleasure of helping to select the 2011 representatives for the NJ National Teenager Pageant. We judged the beautiful young ladies in interview, evening gown and modeling in blue jeans that were created to reflect their interests and personalities. Congrats to all the lovely ladies! In my eyes, you are all winners!

Showtime!!!!!

I just LOVED rocking the stage at Mrs. America! It was a dream come true to represent New Jersey at the beautiful Greenbrier. I thank each and every person who helped make this dream a reality. A special thanks to my director Geri Watson, who held my hand through the entire process. Geri, you're the best!
