Puff....Be Gone!!!!

Having a problem with puffy eyes? Try this easy, at home puffy eyes remedy...Frozen Peas! Take a bag out of the freezer and let thaw for 10 mins, then place on your eyes for about 2-5 minutes. The peas settle and mold in the eye area reducing eye swelling. Voila! Puff no more!!

Congratulations Mrs.NJ/PA America

It was an exciting weekend in late Feb. when a new Mrs. NJ & Mrs. PA America was crowned at the beautiful Resorts in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The weekend was fun filled and included loads of casino fun. The night before the big event, we enjoyed dinner and dancing at a beautiful gala given to present all the contestants with fabulous awards. The pageant itself took place in the hotels Superstar Theater ending with they crowning of the stunning Robin Vitale for NJ and the beautiful Susan Huntley for PA. Ladies, congrats on your titles and here's to a wonderful time at Mrs. America!

Jersey Shore Winter Fashion Show

It was my great pleasure to appear in a fashion show at the beautiful Jacques Reception Center in Hazlet, NJ to benefit a wonderful cause, Jason's Dream for Kids, Inc., an organization devoted to granting wishes to children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Celebrating Christmas and Giving Back

I love the holidays! Decking the halls, making memories with family and friends, not to mention loading up on egg nog, gingerbread cookies and candy canes.It is truly the most wonderful time of the year! What makes this time of year extra special is spending time with those who need some holiday magic most, like the wonderful children that I had the pleasure getting to know during the Valerie Fund's, (an organization who mission is to provide support for the comprehensive health care of children with cancer and blood disorders) ,Annual Holiday Party. To learn more about the Valerie Fund, please visit www.thevaleriefund.org . I was also in attendance for the Power of Gospel annual toy giveaway, benefiting families struggling during a difficult economic period. This sweet event took place at the It's a Wrap Cafe in Plainfield, NJ. Both events were an reminder of what the holiday season is all about and it was an honor to be invited.

Bling It On!!!

I had so much fun rocking the runway in the Diane & Co./ SuperModels Unlimited  "Bling It On" fashion show at beautiful Resorts Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with many beautiful models including Mariaa Madore of the the hit show Jersey Couture and America's Next Top Model All Star, Bianca Golden. Also in attendance was platinum recording artist Mike Posner, who performed his hit song "Cooler Than Me. The mega fun event, which benefited Toys for Tots, will air during season 2 of Jersey Couture. I want to send a special thank you to Diane, Kimberly and Chrissy of Diane and Co. for showing me so much love!!!

A Jersey Couture Fitting

Here I am with some of the beautiful models who were selected to rock the runway in the SuperModels Unlimited/ Diane &Co. Fashion event in Atlantic City. The fitting was filmed at Diane & Co. for the hit show Jersey Couture.

Honoring Our Heros

Broadway met New Jersey in the spectacular Rising Phoenix Dance Tribute for the 911 ten year anniversary. The event took place at the beautiful Crossroads Theater in New Brunswick, NJ. Choreographers, Elise Counts, Christina Rak Sampson ( Mrs. NJ 2006) and Courtney George put together a show the was as inspiring as it was entertaining. The whole Mrs. New Jersey Organization was thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful event.

Congrats Judge Tiffany

I love going out to support and celebrate the accomplishments of my friends. On this day I was in Newark, NJ, applauding the Honorable Judge Tiffany Williams as she was recognized for her work as Founder of the Esther Project, a movement that encourages women to live with purpose.

Happy Halloween!

Spooky ghosts, ghouls and characters of whimsy, were all in attendance at what is reported to be the second largest parade in the world, the Toms River Halloween Parade! It was my pleasure to ride and wave in the parade which has been around for 74 years. I would like to send a special "thank you" to Downs Ford of Toms River for allowing me to ride in style.

2011 Eastern Region Cheer & Dance Championships

Sun National Bank Center played host to thousands of fans who came out to support their favorite team at the 2011 Eastern Region Cheer & Dance Championships. I was so awe-struck by the talented young ladies who performed their hearts out. It was truly a sight to see.

An In Jersey Holiday!

I had so much fun shooting a holiday spread for In Jersey Magazine. It was a beautiful, balmy, October day when the holiday shoot  took place. I love getting to each of the models and working with the talented crew. Thank you Karyn Collins and everyone at In Jersey Magazine for the awesome opportunity!

Educause Convention 2011

Showing people what is new and exciting in the world of higher education was part of my duties at the 2011 Educause Convention held at the Pennysvania Convention Center in Philidelphia, PA. The Educause Convention draws attendees from all professional levels, from all sizes and types of institutions from all across the country and around the world.

Having fun while fundraising

It is always a pleasure to come out and support a great cause. It is particularly fun when you are surrounded by fun people, beautiful cars and delicious s'mores. Downs Ford,in Toms River, played host to raise money for area schools. I enjoyed the day, meeting people, signing autographs and dancing to the DJ's tune with my director, Geri. I would to send out a special thanks to Downs Ford owner Frank Delia, for my the day super special for all who attended.
