I love the holidays! Decking the halls, making memories with family and friends, not to mention loading up on egg nog, gingerbread cookies and candy canes.It is truly the most wonderful time of the year! What makes this time of year extra special is spending time with those who need some holiday magic most, like the wonderful children that I had the pleasure getting to know during the Valerie Fund's, (an organization who mission is to provide support for the comprehensive health care of children with cancer and blood disorders) ,Annual Holiday Party. www.thevaleriefund.org . I was also in attendance for the Power of Gospel annual toy giveaway, benefiting families struggling during a difficult economic period. This sweet event took place at the It's a Wrap Cafe in Plainfield, NJ. Both events were an reminder of what the holiday season is all about and it was an honor to be invited.
