Go Red for Women

Women taking care of themselves, living heart healthy and putting their needs first is a very important message. That's why I was so honored to be invited to the the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Luncheon in South Jersey. It was such a beautiful sight of people coming together, rocking red, in support of women everwhere who are, or are in danger of suffering from heart diease.
