Natural beauty before and after...Being a motivational speaker for many different organizations, I get the chance to encounter many women in search of makeup and style advice. Some of these women say they don't wear makeup because it takes to long to apply it. Chilling Out with Mrs. World and Friends in NYC

On a cold winter evening I had the awesome opportunity to spend some time with members of my pageant family in beautiful and always busy New York City. It was a great evening. We talked about our families, our charities and the reasons why we compete. We encouraged, empowered and inspired  one another. I so wish that there were a reality show that showcased this type of reality, the reality of women wanting to see other women achieving their goals and making each and every dream come true! This is one of the reasons why I adore pageantry.

They say that a woman's best accessory is her smile, so here are my top tips to keep your smile pearly white and glamour bright.

 1. Rembrandt 2 hour white is my favorite over the counter tooth whitener. I feel like a super star ready to rock the red carpet after I use this product. I use this whitener once every 6 months.

2. Make sure you brush teeth with a tooth whitening toothpaste and follow up with a mouthwash that also whitens..I love Crest Vivid White!

3. If you are a coffee, tea, red wine or cola drinker you are staining your teeth with each sip. Using a straw while enjoying your dark colored beverage will help limit the stain.

4. Eating strawberries, oranges, apple, pears, celery and carrots are not only good for you, but they are excellent for keeping your teeth white and bright.

Try these teeth whitening tips and you will be looking for reasons to smile all day long!!!

Bella Magazine/Diane & Co. Fashion Show

The Grand Oaks Country Club proved to be a winter wonderland indeed and the perfect venue for a Christmas themed fundraiser to benefit victims of hurricane Sandy. The night was filled with great food and good cheer along with some fabulous fashions courtesy of fabulous ladies of Diane &Co. and T.V. hit reality show Jersey Couture. I just love rocking the runway for a great cause!

Role Model Ready!

Making people look and feel beautiful is my passion. I particularly love to work with our youth to encourage them to be as beautiful on the outside as I know they are on the inside. This was never more true than when I got the awesome opportunity to serve as makeup artist to the lovely young ladies in the Role Model Group program. Started by former Miss New Jersey USA, Kaity Rodriguez, The Role Model Group is a non-profit organization whose mission is" To use the influence of the fashion and entertainment industries to increase self esteem, character, and leadership in teen girls". I spent the day helping several of the programs young ladies get camera ready for a professional photo shoot. What touch me most about the inspiring group of young women, was the fact that they took the time to all sign a card thanking me for my work that day. Beating Autism

Five years ago I lost my beautiful youngest sister to cervical cancer. My sister had a son who is now 12 years old and has Autism. I can honestly say that though he is faced with challenges, he is growing, learning and thriving because of early intervention and on going love and support. It was my pleasure to attend a wonderful black tie gala that celebrated and benefited MyGOAL an organization that is dedicated to restoring lives affected by autism. Getting Together for a Cause/ MS Fundraiser

According to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, approximately 2.1 million people worldwide are diagnosed with MS. I suffered my own personal scare with the disease about ten years ago. Thankfully, I did not develop MS, but I now know how debilitating the disease can be. A friend of mine is fighting her own battle MS and she is winning! I was so happy to support this friend at her 2nd annual Multiple Sclerosis Fundraiser. It was a great evening filled with great friends and great food for a great cause! I want to send a shout out to my friend Mary Moulds, keep fighting the great fight..You are an inspiration!

Miss NJ/ Miss NJ Teen USA 2013

On a beautiful fall night, at the Hilton Hotel in Parsippany, NJ, Over 200 contestants competed in either  the Miss NJ/ Miss NJ Teen Pageant 2013.  The contest showcased some of the best NJ had to offer when it came  to beauty, poise, intelligence and civic duty. There were so many deserving women in the house,  I know it made the judges decision very difficult. But, after all was said and done, two beauties reigned supreme..Christina Thompson, Miss NJ Teen USA 2013 and Libell Duran, Miss NJ USA 2013. I wish all the best to both young ladies as they represent all of New Jersey at the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA Pageants!

Bella Magazine/ Mercedes Benz Fashion Show

I always love to strut my stuff on the runway, but that experience was made 100 times better when you get to be in a fashion that also featured some hot cars courtesy of Mercedes Benz. The show was hosted by my favorite gown show divas, stars of the hit show Jersey Couture, Diane & Co. along with Bella Magazine. I was so excited to rock the runway in a one of a kind gown designed by Mac Duggal and Diane & Co. The stunning gown was valued at $20.000. I felt like royalty!

Enjoying Ocean City

One of my most favorite times of the year is  driving down to Ocean City, NJ to witness some of New Jersey's most beautiful and talented young women as they vie for the title of Miss NJ America. One of the things that I love most about the event is catching up and taking pics with some of my favorite beauty queens.

A New Chapter

One of the most rewarding years of my life was when I held the title of Mrs. New Jersey America 2011. I was able to travel through out the great state of NJ empowering women to look and feel their best with my Inner/Outer Beauty Queen philosophy and promote my charity Kick Cancer Overboard.

It was an honor and a privilege to serve the state that I call home. I now get to welcome in the new Mrs. New Jersey who will carry on the tradition of service with a smile. Congratulations Robin, Mrs. NJ America 2012!

Hanging out with my pageant family is always fun especially when it is time to welcome a new member to the family. Congrats to all the ladies who competed in the 2012 Mrs. New Jersey United States pageant. I had the pleasure of getting to know the contestants backstage while doing make-up. I would like to send a special shout out to Eleni, who took home the top prize.

Bikinis, Beauties, Brooklyn!

Making models runway ready  always brings out my creativity..That creativity was taken to another level when I was able to what I love in the trendy Brooklyn Art Gallery "Under  Minerva". I enjoyed using beautiful shades of Golds, Copper, Silver and Ice Blue on the models to compliment the beautiful art that surrounded us.

Time Square BABY!!!

Dove gave real women an awesome opportunity in the "Show Your Skin" ad campaign by featuring them on a Times Square billboard! Women from all across the globe enjoyed  a few minutes of fame when their photos appeared for all the world to see on a giant billboard in the Big Apple. I am honored to say I was one of the women selected! Go Dove! Please continue to prove that women are beautiful at any age, shape , size and color.
